Refund policy

Our Return Policy:

- We are pleased to facilitate returns within a 2-day window from the date of delivery. 

- Your item must remain unworn and intact.

- If you’d like a size exchange a small fee will apply for exchanges. We facilitate exchanges to help you find the perfect item.

- Some items, including but not limited to jeans, accessory's, or limited edition items, are non-refundable once their packaging has been opened to guarantee product authenticity, maintain quality standards, and ensure that all customers receive items in their original, untouched condition.

- Our customer care team has the discretion to assess whether a return meets our policy conditions.
